We are delighted to be partnering with a leading property management organisation in the search for a Property Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in the onboarding and mobilisation of new residential developments. You will work closely with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders to ensure developments transition smoothly and efficiently, delivering a first-class experience from day one.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities and take pride in delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.

Location: Hertfordshire.

Salary: Competitive salary DOE.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 – 2 days working in the office, 1 day on site and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the mobilisation and onboarding of new residential developments, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, developers, outgoing managing agents, residents and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update mobilisation plans, trackers and systems to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor progress across multiple developments, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Support the delivery of a seamless customer and client experience throughout the mobilisation process.
  • Coordinate and delegate mobilisation tasks where appropriate, ensuring actions are completed effectively.
  • Produce reports on mobilisation performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Draft and issue professional written communications via email and post.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard from initial instruction through to handover.
