Introduction A modern residential development is looking for a confident Duty Manager to keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. You’ll be the go-to presence on site – supporting residents, leading the team, and ensuring the building always feels safe, polished and well-managed. Role Overview: Location: London (site-based) Stable hours with a clear shift pattern: Shifts between 07:00 and 23:30 (early: 7am–3.30pm / late: 3pm–11.30pm) 8.5 hours per shift with a 30-minute paid break- 5 shifts per week, 42.5 hours total, with 2 days off on rotation Occasional ad-hoc night cover (11pm–7:30am) during periods such as annual leave Package: Competitive salary based on experience.
