Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Development Manager. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the mobilisation process by coordinating with clients, agents, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding by tracking and completing mobilisation tasks
• Manage risk and compliance through regular assessments, audits, and certifications
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and actions
• Support contract management including tendering, implementation, and performance tracking
• Manage a team, including staffing, 1:1s, performance reviews, and training
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Promote a safety-first culture through inspections, audits, and smart tech tools
• Assist with budget oversight, tracking spend, and ensuring value for money

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and safety practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and task management
