We are looking for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our clients team, the role involves managing and collecting service charge payments and other fees from leaseholders or tenants.

Main Responsibilities as a Credit Controller

  • Monitor leaseholder and tenant accounts for outstanding payments
  • Issue invoices, reminders, and statements for service charges and other fees
  • Chase overdue payments via phone, email, or letter
  • Work with residents to resolve payment disputes or queries, this can be over the phone or email
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements
  • Liaise with property managers and legal teams on persistent arrears
  • Help ensure steady cash flow for the effective maintenance of the building
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and relevant regulations
