We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of property fit-outs, refurbishments, and improvement works across multiple sites. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while coordinating contractors, managing costs, and maintaining high standards throughout.
Working closely with the Head of Property, you’ll play a key role in delivering the wider property strategy with strong commercial/financial control and operational oversight.
Location: Brixton, London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Reporting to: Head of Property
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate contractors and ensure safe, timely delivery
- Oversee refurbishments, fit-outs, and improvement works across multiple sites
- Track budgets, manage costs, and approve invoices/variations
- Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting delivery or quality
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships and performance
- Forecast project spend and maintain cashflow visibility
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and building regulations
- Support new site assessments, scopes, and cost planning
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and performance
Success in 3 Months Looks Like:
- Projects delivered on time and within budget
- Strong contractor performance and quality standards
- Clear cost tracking and reporting in place
- Minimal disruption to live operations
- Strong visibility of risks and progress for leadership
