What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlord and tenant matters, including lease compliance and statutory requirements.
- Manage tenant relationships, applications, and queries while identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.
- Support leasing activity, including viewings and ensuring assets are presented in line with business objectives.
- Work closely with Asset Managers to report on performance and contribute to asset strategies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to oversee rent collection, invoicing, and debt recovery strategies.
- Lead service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and cost control in line with RICS standards.
- Review supplier contracts to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure full health.
