Working with highly respected government and intelligence stakeholders, they are experiencing an exciting period of expansion and are looking to strengthen their operational support function with the addition of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. This role combines traditional Office Management responsibilities with high-level Executive Assistant support to the CEO and CFO. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while helping to manage busy schedules, events, meetings, and business priorities. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and business events. Support attendance at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required. Office Management Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office. Ensure office facilities are maintained to a high standard. Manage office supplies, stock levels, and supplier relationships. Help foster a positive and professional office environment during a period of significant company growth. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar business support role. Hybrid working arrangement with flexibility.
