We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Business Systems Manager. What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure consistent tech processes across teams, and manage smooth onboarding for new developments, employees, and customers.
- Help define and deliver a clear, achievable technology roadmap that supports the company’s goals.
- Research market trends and competitor tools to identify new features and create technology-driven USPs for the business.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve bugs, and improve user experience.
Main Skills/Requirements:
- Experience with Zoho Creator is essential.
- A strong track record in designing and implementing business processes.
- Excellent ability in scoping, managing, and progressing application development requests.
- Experience in Deluge scripting language is preferred.
