We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Business Systems Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation that ensures residential and commercial buildings run smoothly, remain well-maintained, and provide residents with a seamless, high-quality living experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure consistent tech processes across teams, and manage smooth onboarding for new developments, employees, and customers
- Help define and deliver a clear, achievable technology roadmap that supports the company’s goals
- Research market trends and competitor tools to identify new features and create technology-driven USPs for the business
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve bugs, and improve user experience
Main Skills/Requirements:
- Experience with Zoho Creator is essential
- A strong track record in designing and implementing business processes
- Excellent ability in scoping, managing, and progressing application development requests
- Experience in Deluge scripting language is preferred
