We’re working with a well-established property and financial consultancy that supports high-net-worth clients across sales, lettings and portfolio management. They’re now looking to add two commercially minded Business Development Managers to help drive growth across both sales and lettings.
Role Overview:
- Location: London (office-based with future hybrid flexibility) - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
- Package: £33,000–£35,000 basic + commission (OTE £60,000)
- Industry: Property / Estate Agency
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving new business across sales and lettings, with a focus on winning new instructions
- Building relationships with landlords, vendors and investors to generate consistent revenue
- Proactively sourcing opportunities through calls, emails, networking and market outreach
- Managing your own pipeline and activity levels to hit agreed KPIs
- Working closely with the existing sales and lettings teams to increase listings and fees
- Using CRM systems, Excel and internal platforms to track performance and opportunities
- Treating the business as your own, with freedom to manage your diary and approach
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven background in sales or business development (property experience a plus, not essential)
- Confident communicator with the resilience to win business in a competitive market
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue and results
- Organised, tech-savvy and comfortable managing your own workload
- Stable career history with a genuine interest in long-term growth
- Open to learning, feedback and trying new approaches
