An established property and asset management business is seeking an Associate Director to lead operational service delivery across a residential portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for teams, clients, compliance and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational teams delivering front-line property management services
  • Own day-to-day service delivery, measured through response times, resolutions and customer feedback
  • Oversee asset management, PPMs, health & safety and risk compliance
  • Develop and implement operational strategy alongside senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor, train and performance-manage managers within the team
  • Drive continuous improvement, SOPs and consistent ways of working
  • Support client finance processes including budgets, reporting and compliance deadlines
