ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – BLOCK Management

Location: Hertfordshire (Head Office)

Direct Reports: 3-5 DOE

Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for an Associate Director to join a leading property management company. This is a senior role where you’ll oversee teams, make sure residents and clients receive excellent service, and ensure our clients buildings are well looked after.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support managers and their teams across the business.
  • Make sure customer service is first-class, with quick response times and positive feedback.
  • Oversee building maintenance, safety checks, and compliance.
  • Work closely with other senior managers (Finance, HR, Technology, Compliance).
  • Help plan and deliver company strategy.
  • Support with budgets, reports, and financial checks.
  • Be the main contact for key clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Mentor and train staff, helping them grow and develop.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
