We’re looking for an Associate Director to join a leading property management company. This is a senior role where you’ll oversee teams, make sure residents and clients receive excellent service, and ensure our clients buildings are well looked after.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support managers and their teams across the business.
- Make sure customer service is first-class, with quick response times and positive feedback.
- Oversee building maintenance, safety checks, and compliance.
- Work closely with other senior managers (Finance, HR, Technology, Compliance).
- Help plan and deliver company strategy.
- Support with budgets, reports, and financial checks.
- Be the main contact for key clients and build long-term relationships.
- Mentor and train staff, helping them grow and develop.
