The Role
As a Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll support the design and delivery of impactful training programs and play a key role in developing innovative, tech-driven solutions to meet the needs of our employees. Whether onboarding new starters or enhancing digital learning experiences, your work will directly contribute to our culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate structured induction programs to ensure a seamless start for new employees.
- Digital Learning Management: Maintain our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring training records are up to date and accessible.
- Creative Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials using multimedia tools, video, and interactive technologies.
- Training Support: Assist in the facilitation of virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting content for various learning styles.
- Tech Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Data Insights: Monitor training participation and effectiveness, using data to suggest improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions that meet team and organisational goals.
