SEO Customer Service – Altrincham – 37.5 hours
Are you an experienced communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment?
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager/Customer Service professional to join our Local SEO Team, managing relationships across a varied portfolio of SME clients.
This is a high-volume, communication-led role where you'll spend much of your day speaking with clients, building relationships, managing expectations and discussing campaign performance.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your SEO and digital marketing knowledge, but we're primarily looking for someone who has already established themselves within a customer service, account management or client-facing role and knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What to expect as a Digital Marketing Account Manager?
You'll manage the overall client experience on behalf of Add People, acting as a key point of contact for your portfolio.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a high-volume portfolio of client relationships
- Communicating regularly with clients across phone, video and email
- Building strong, long-term relationships and managing client expectations
- Reporting on campaign performance and explaining results clearly
- Recommending changes and improvements to campaigns
- Working closely with our Local SEO specialists to support client performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve clients' wider digital marketing presence
