About the Role
As our Head Performance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our paid social strategy, overseeing ad performance across multiple platforms and ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI. You’ll lead a team of Performance Managers, collaborating closely with our Creative Strategy team to develop and optimise high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Performance Strategy – Oversee and refine performance marketing strategies to ensure all campaigns hit and exceed client KPIs.
- Lead & Develop the Team – Mentor and guide a team of Performance Managers, helping them optimise accounts and scale campaigns effectively.
- Campaign Optimisation – Analyse and optimise ad performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use deep analytical insights to inform campaign adjustments, creative iterations, and audience strategies.
- Reporting & Insights – Ensure clear, actionable reporting on performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Collaboration – Work closely with Creative Strategists to align ad creative with data-backed insights for maximum impact.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to maintain Adcrate’s competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Expert-level knowledge of Facebook & TikTok Ads and a deep understanding of creative strategy in performance marketing.
- Proven leadership experience – you’ve managed, mentored, and grown high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset – you can interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills – you can clearly present data-driven recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Proactive problem solver – you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels is a plus!

- Weekly Sync: Participate in check-ins and creative sessions. We hold team calls between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also more importantly - to catch up on how everyone’s weekend went!
