The Role:
As a Creative Strategist , you’ll be responsible for coming up with compelling ad angles, creative concepts, and performance-driven strategies that help our clients scale. You’ll collaborate closely with video editors, performance managers, and the wider creative team to bring ideas to life – from brainstorming hooks to briefing production-ready assets.
What we’re looking for:
You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience
You understand paid media and the types of content converts
You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
You are detail-orientated, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You’re open minded and willing to learn
You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients
You love all things eCommerce and digital marketing. It’s a topic you geek out on…reading blogs, listening to podcasts & hunting down new strategies you can apply is fun for you
What you’ll be doing:
Brainstorming ad angles and hook variations weekly, then sending content over to the editing team for production.
Develop creative strategy for new accounts by creating and maintaining a ‘Master’ client document.
Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what’s working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts.
Team Interaction
Slack: For all communication (gifs & memes are welcomed)
Weekly Calls: We hold weekly check-ins with the creative teams as well as creative trainings twice every week. This is a chance to get the creative juices flowing and keep sharpening the knife. All calls are held between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Yearly retreat: Every year we’ll all fly to somewhere cool, reflect on the year, celebrate progress and play games!
