The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Having successfully scaled the product to multiple train operating companies and rolling stock OEMs in the UK with the system fitted to more than 15% of the UK rail rolling stock fleet, we are looking to:
- Broaden the scope of use cases within our current customer base.
- Grow our market presence within UK rail.
- Expand into international rail markets.
- Diversify into other adjacent transport sectors e.g. bus, light rail, highways.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to work with our current team to drive forward our growth plans. Deep experience of working in business development roles in the rail sector will be a significant advantage particularly with direct experience of consultative based sales and an existing network as a supplier or customer into some or all of the following:
- Train Operating Companies
- Rolling Stock Manufacturers
- Rolling Stock Asset Owners
- Infrastructure Managers
Experience working in / rolling out products within international markets would be a further benefit. A solid understanding of public transport operations and key pain points will allow a successful candidate to work closely with customers to leverage the Monica Hub platform to drive significant improvements in their operations. Capability of grasping and working with technology driven solutions will assist successful customer engagement. Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally is essential.
