What You'll Be Doing

  • Project manage the installation of refrigeration, air handling and air conditioning, applying technical and organisational skills to deliver outstanding customer service that meets the unique requirements of each job.
  • Ensure all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed.
  • Work alternately from the office and on customer sites to plan jobs, advise the installation team or solve problems.
  • Serve as the main contact point for customers from initial order until commissioning, working closely with in‑house installation engineers and sub‑contractors.

What You Need to Have

  • Technical skills and knowledge as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer are essential.
  • Experience supervising or overseeing installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and/or AHU's is an advantage but not essential.
  • A friendly, professional manner and the ability to build strong business relationships with a wide range of customers, colleagues and sub‑contractors.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365.
  • A clean, current driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
  • Based in or around Reading.
  • Completion of a DBS check is required due to safeguarding requirements.
