Are you technically minded, curious, and looking to build a long-term career in technical engineering and commercial sales? We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee in Technical Sales (Refrigeration). This role is perfect for someone with a mechanical or scientific background who wants to learn about refrigeration system design while developing into a customer facing technical sales professional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learning how refrigeration systems work — from load calculations to equipment selection
  • Supporting senior engineers with designs, proposals, and quotations
  • Visiting customer sites to understand real-world applications.
  • Building relationships with clients and helping them find the right solutions
  • Progressing through a structured development plan to become a fully competent Refrigeration Sales Engineer

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical or mechanical aptitude
  • Good Maths, Science, and English skills
  • A relevant technical qualification (GCSE/ALevel/BTEC/HNC/Degree)
  • Confident communication skills and willingness to engage with customers
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and genuine desire to learn
  • Experience in refrigeration is not required — full training will be provided.
