About the role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Marketplace & Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations and day-to-day warehouse activities. This is a varied role covering marketplace account monitoring, customer service, order fulfilment, stock handling, returns, and product listing management. Full training will be provided where needed, so this could be a great opportunity for someone who is organised, responsible, and keen to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Marketplace and customer service
- Monitor account health across online marketplaces.
- Review customer feedback and take appropriate action when needed.
- Respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and process customer cancellation requests.
- Manage marketplace cases, disputes, and customer queries.
- Create new product listings across online marketplaces.
- Update and improve existing listings to help maintain accuracy and support sales performance.
- Warehouse operations
- Pick customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for dispatch.
- Process goods-in, including checking and organising incoming stock.
- Handle customer returns in line with company procedures.
- Support the organisation and day-to-day management of the warehouse.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-focused, and willing to support different areas of the business. Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, customer service, or warehouse operations would be helpful, but it is not essential as training will be provided.
