The Opportunity

ADB SAFEGATE is on the hunt for a talented and innovative Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence into the future. Positioned at the forefront of the aviation industry, ADB SAFEGATE aims to revolutionise airport operations through efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability. This role is pivotal in heightening our brand engagement and presence across a variety of digital platforms including our cutting-edge website, social media channels, and beyond.

The Role

  • Website Leadership: Drive the development and management of our website, ensuring an excellent user experience, top-notch performance, and adherence to our brand values. Knowledge of Umbraco CMS is key.
  • Social Media Mastery: Craft and implement forward-thinking social media strategies to grow our brand's visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of photo, video, and audio content. Your storytelling will capture the essence of our brand and communicate it effectively to our audience.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest trends in SEO/SEM to ensure our content ranks well and reaches its intended audience.
  • Campaign Innovation: Utilise the latest AI practices for marketing to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that break the mould and set industry standards.
  • Community Engagement: Travel to company events and offices worldwide to create authentic and engaging content that showcases our global impact and local presence.

Who You Are:

A creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media, particularly in website management, social media content creation, and the use of AI in marketing. You’re confident, camera-friendly, and able to energise both audiences and colleagues. You naturally inspire those around you with your enthusiasm and drive. Proficient in creating compelling photo, video, and audio content, with a knack for storytelling that resonates on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You have a flair for creating content that connects emotionally with viewers. Knowledgeable about social media channels, how to manage them, and the latest trends in SEO/SEM. Confident to take the initiative, with impeccable organisational skills that allow you to manage cross-platform campaigns and produce timely content. Comfortable with travel, eager to generate dynamic content that promotes our brand narrative across events and global offices.

The talent we want to inspire has:

  • Video production expertise. Proficiency in filming, editing, and post-production (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Graphic design capabilities. Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Canva.
  • Social media savvy. Experience managing and creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, as well as running PPC campaigns.
  • Technical aptitude. Ability to grasp and explain the features of our products in an engaging and relatable manner. Knowledge of website management tools (Umbraco CMS, Algolia, etc.) and analytics.
