Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven to convert potential clients to sales, deliver friendly professional customer service, and be efficient in all areas of their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales documentation and administrative tasks to support the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Organise and efficiently manage multiple diaries.
• Organise sales meetings and follow-up activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of the security or alarm systems industry is a plus.
• Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
