Our technology addresses the integral need for defence, national security, and commercial organisations to interpret fast-proliferating, worldwide data sources at breakneck speed - a vital capability for understanding emerging threats, mitigating risk, and remaining competitive in today’s increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
Adarga’s world-class team has combined cutting-edge natural language processing, machine learning, and network science technology into a fully scalable software product that can extract, connect, and contextualise information at a speed and scale previously unimaginable.
The role
We are looking for a dedicated Mission Partner to join our established sales team in London, focused on the wider public sector, including Policing and the UK Intelligence Community (UKIC). You will build out and convert an exciting pipeline across police forces, law enforcement bodies, Home Office, and the UK’s intelligence and security agencies, partnering closely with clients to align Adarga’s technology to their most strategic requirements.
As Adarga’s footprint grows internationally, this role may also involve engaging European defence, security, and NATO-adjacent bodies. You will report to the CRO and join the team of Mission Growth experts.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a deep understanding of Adarga’s product offering and how to align it to the most strategic requirements of Policing, Law Enforcement, and UK Intelligence Community customers.
- Plan and implement a full-cycle sales strategy targeting new customer acquisition and expansion within the install base across regional police forces, the National Crime Agency, Home Office, and UKIC.
- Apply your track record of implementing AI, Machine Learning, and software solutions into National Security, Law Enforcement, and UK Central Government.
- Build industry knowledge that leads to improved solution selling, strategic alignment, and growth across multiple public sector segments.
- Develop deep insights regarding customer use cases, internal decision-making nuances, budget cycles, and other key information necessary to close the sale and shape the success of this vertical.
- Consistently ensure a balanced pipeline of multiple opportunities against quarterly and annual growth targets, working closely with sales and marketing.
- Plan and execute events to help build fruitful external relationships across law enforcement and the wider public sector.
What do you need?
- Excellent knowledge of the Policing, Law Enforcement, and/or UK Intelligence Community sectors.
- Deep knowledge of relevant commercial frameworks and commercial routes in UK HMG (e.g. Crown Commercial Service frameworks, G-Cloud).
- A proven track record of selling enterprise software/SaaS solutions in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally using the MEDDIC sales methodology or similar industry methodology practices.
- Deep understanding of the complexities around deploying products and technology integrations into National Security and Law Enforcement organisations.
- Existing relationships across Policing, Home Office, or UKIC (highly desirable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working with internal teams to help shape our product roadmap.
- Deep subject matter expert knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Holds SC or DV level clearance (highly desirable), or meets the requirements to become SC or DV cleared.
- Experience working within a scale-up organisation (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of modern Artificial Intelligence concepts (highly desirable).
