Adapty powers in-app subscriptions for 20,000+ apps and processes over $3B in revenue every year. We're one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in mobile, and our marketing team is scaling fast to match. We're a sharp, ambitious marketing team that's outgrown its processes. Leads get to sales but we can't always figure out the exact path. Documentation exists in six places or nowhere. Designers get requests from three directions at once. We know what good looks like — we just need someone who wakes up every morning wanting to build the system that gets us there.

If you're the kind of person who sees a messy spreadsheet and can't rest until it's clean, and you get genuine satisfaction from making a team run better, keep reading.

What you will do

  • Own the lead handoff process between marketing and sales and the reporting on it. You will make sure everything is tracked, routed correctly, and nothing gets lost between HubSpot and the hands of the sales team.
  • Own the marketing side of HubSpot: create campaigns, forms, workflows and make sure it’s uniform and compliant with the rest of what the org’s doing.
  • Own marketing documentation: gather, structure, and keep current everything from tone of voice and ICP definitions to growth playbooks and process docs. You won't write all of it from scratch, but you'll make sure it exists, lives in one place, and stays up to date.
  • QA our marketing analytics and attribution setup and own its quality. Not build it from scratch, but audit what we have, flag what's broken, and make sure we can trust the numbers we report.
  • Manage task flow and workload distribution across shared resources on our team (designers, analysts, web developers). Right now requests can come in unpredictably, you'll build the system that fixes that.
  • Build structured processes for projects that have a regular cadence: website updates, analytics reporting, campaign operations.

What perfect fit looks like to us

  • You have 1+ years in a marketing, operations, or project coordination role, or you've been the person who informally kept things organized wherever you worked.
  • You're organized to the point where people call it a personality trait. You think in checklists and status updates.
  • Tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics do not overwhelm you. You view yourself as someone who can keep them clean and working without the extra complexity.
  • You understand marketing funnels well enough to QA attribution and lead routing without needing someone to explain what a UTM is.
  • You can work across teams and manage competing priorities without drama. Designers, developers, and marketers all feel like their work flows better when you're involved.
  • You don't need to be told what to organize — you walk into a room, see what's broken, and fix it.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, PostHog, or Mixpanel
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing specifically (not just SaaS in general)

What's in it for you

  • A product with real traction – Adapty is in the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies
  • A role with real ownership: you'll shape how the marketing team operates day to day
  • Flexible remote work from anywhere. We work as individual contractors (PTO, public holidays, and sick leave included)
  • Benefits: English lessons, sports reimbursements, laptop coverage, and more
