What will you be doing?
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth - Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients.
- Build & Deepen Executive Client Relationships - Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior leaders. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE’s offerings strategically, and expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements - Define and execute methodologies for complex transformation programs, ensuring client priorities are addressed while creating measurable business impact.
- AI-Driven Business Solutions - Advise clients on the integration of AI into their business strategies. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and drive innovation. Support implementation by assessing risks, managing ethical considerations, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with organizational goals.
- Coach & Develop High-Performing Teams - Grow, mentor, and inspire consulting talent to deliver world-class client outcomes. Promote innovation in solution design and strengthen commercial acumen across the team.
- Shape Industry Thought Leadership - Create frameworks, case studies, and perspectives that position ADAPTOVATE as a leader in business transformation and drive inbound demand.

- Business Development Leadership - Proven ability to originate, pursue, and close high-value consulting engagements. Strong experience with proposal development, sales pitches, and managing a sales pipeline.

- Commercial Acumen - Skilled at structuring value propositions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitable project delivery.
