As a Principal, you will drive firm growth, lead transformational client engagements, and directly contribute to revenue targets and market positioning through aggressive business development.
What will you be doing?
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus) – Own accountability for identifying, pursuing, and closing consulting engagements. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients.
- Build Enterprise Client Relationships – Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and board members. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE strategically across business units, and drive.
