As an Executive Team Member you will play a pivotal role in growing our business, leading high-impact client engagements, and building a world-class consulting practice.
What will you be doing?
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth – Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients.
- Build & Deepen Executive Client Relationships – Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior leaders. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE’s offerings strategically, and expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Define and execute methodologies for complex transformation programs, ensuring client priorities are addressed while creating measurable business impact.
- AI-Driven Business Solutions – Advise clients on the integration of AI into their business strategies. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, optimise operations, and drive innovation. Support implementation by assessing risks, managing ethical considerations, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with organisational goals.
- Coach & Develop High-Performing Teams – Grow, mentor, and inspire consulting talent to deliver world-class client outcomes. Promote innovation in solution design and strengthen commercial acumen across the team.
- Shape Industry Thought Leadership – Create frameworks, case studies, and perspectives that position ADAPTOVATE as a leader in business transformation and drive inbound demand.
