As an Associate Management Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

- Work with case teams to address client challenges and deliver impactful, lasting change
- Craft engaging presentations, conduct strategic analyses, and apply structured thinking to manage work modules effectively

What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or a related field
- A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a drive for impact
- Proficiency in writing, report creation, and client presentation development
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams and facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed
