We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Working within the Business Development department, you will be responsible for delivering successful marketing campaigns via the execution of a full range of marketing activities across the business. You will be joining us at an exciting time, and you will have the opportunity to work with us as we build brand awareness of our unique game‑changing technology across our three market verticals.
Candidate Profile
As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum qualification of A‑levels or equivalent, together with experience of contributing to a business in a marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing coordination and logistics of trade shows and conferences (national and international) in line with the department’s strategic plans
- Managing the relationship with external show partners to ensure the vision of the company and brand is represented consistently and effectively
- Creation of tactical campaigns that align with the commercial strategy of Adaptix’s products
- Harnessing CRM data to monitor and report on progress of sales and marketing campaigns
- Creating and overseeing the creation of marketing material and email marketing campaigns in a style appropriate to each of our product verticals, as agreed with Director of Marketing and Communications
- Evolving and communicating the message in relation to our products value proposition
- Liaising with the Operations team to ensure product information updates are communicated
- Supporting partners in selling our products, such as by creating marketing collateral and representing Adaptix at trade shows and conferences (where required)
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that documentation is collated to support marketing activities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communication with a key focus on building strong and effective relationships and coordinating with external stakeholders and project partners
- Prioritising own workload to meet deadlines and see tasks through to their successful completion within a fast‑moving environment
- Knowledge and application of best practice in integrated multi‑channel marketing
- Ability to work effortlessly from campaign level through to individual tasks
- Proficient in the use of IT systems used in Marketing teams
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to develop, or oversee development of, high quality marketing materials with a commitment to ‘digital first’
- Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and de‑prioritise effectively to manage competing stakeholder needs and strategic targets
Experience
- Successfully managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Working in a fast‑paced sales or marketing environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot or other CRM tool
This is a permanent full‑time role based at our commercial offices in Oxfordshire.
