Our Sales Operations function is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Sales Operations Analyst to the team. This role sits at the heart of how our commercial engine works, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to ensure our data, processes, and reporting are clean, reliable, and impactful. You Are
- A structured, analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insights
- A great communicator and genuinely nice person: patient, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple departments
- Proactive and curious, always looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly
- An Excel Guru able to analyse, organise, and present information with clarity
You Have
- Strong Excel skills (this is essential): Able to organise data, spot inconsistencies, and present information clearly
- Experience with HubSpot, including dashboards, reporting and workflows
- A good eye for data quality, structure, and governance
- The ability to explain data and processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- An interest in B2B, technology, or financial services (financial market knowledge is a plus, not a must)
You Will
- Act as a key operational partner to the Sales team, supporting them with data accuracy, reporting, and performance visibility
- Maintain high-quality data in HubSpot, ensuring it remains a reliable “single source of truth”
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipeline views for Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Audit and improve the lead-to-deal process, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or friction points
- Support process improvement and automation to make workflows more efficient
- Occasionally support Marketing HubSpot activities, making this a true all-round operations role
- Learn how different departments work together and help connect the dots
