We are a global technology company specializing in building bespoke trading solutions for the world's top financial institutions. From concept to deployment, we partner closely with our clients to design and deliver high-performance, resilient systems that provide a true competitive edge. With teams in London, New York, Barcelona, Montréal, and Manila, we work across time zones to deliver world-class results. Our proprietary technologies, including Aeron, power some of the most demanding and high-performance capital markets systems, supporting trading desks around the globe.

We are growing our Marketing team and seeking a commercially-driven, hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Lead who's ready to make a real impact in the FinTech space. You'll join a supportive, high-performing team at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you'll architect and scale our global digital growth engine. You will bridge high-level strategy and technical execution on the digital front. Having historically thrived on organic growth, we are now ready to scale our global paid performance engine as we expand into new territories and markets. This is a dual-impact role: you will personally own the high-stakes paid strategy and in-house paid execution (specifically LinkedIn), while acting as a strategic partner to our specialized technical and organic marketers. You are accountable for the global digital budget and the delivery of a predictable, high-velocity lead-to-revenue funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Channel Ownership: In-house execution: take full ownership of paid channels, including social media ads strategy. From campaign setup and audience building to creative testing and bidding optimization—you will build this from the ground up.
  • Scaling: Identify new opportunities for paid channels and move us from testing to predictable lead generation.
  • Global Innovation: Leverage AI-driven tools for audience segmentation and creative optimization to maintain a competitive edge as we scale into new regions.
  • People & Budget Management: Search accountability: manage our Paid Search agency. Audit their work, set KPIs, and ensure ROI-focused delivery. Budget ownership: full oversight of the digital performance budget. Handle monthly forecasting, variance reporting, and strategic re-allocation of spend. Team mentoring: mentor a team of technical specialists (SEO, Web, Organic). Translate high-level commercial goals into actionable technical roadmaps and ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Your experience includes

  • Solid, professional, senior-level experience of B2B Performance Marketing, ideally within Fintech or high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven management experience: you have managed teams before and know how to get the best out of people.
  • LinkedIn Ads mastery: hands-on expert in LinkedIn Campaign Manager with understanding of B2B targeting and lead-gen forms.
  • Analytical approach: a data-first marketer who can navigate complex attribution models and turn data into clear narratives.
  • HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
