WE ARE: We are Adaptive, where we use the latest technology to design, build and operate bespoke, real-time, front-to-back solutions for tier-one investment banks and commodity trading firms clients. We can achieve great things because of the support of our back-office team, who facilitate the business operation and collaborate with the rest of the organisation to help improve its efficiency and scalability. We are now looking to hire a Business Operations Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. Our Data & Analytics team empowers our colleagues to focus on value-add activities by managing the company’s data, presenting it to facilitate decision-making/analysis, and implementing robotic process automation for routine tasks. The team is also in charge of breaking down silos with regard to data and automation and to facilitate coordination across departments.
YOU ARE: Curious, process-oriented and data-focused, enjoying to apply a wide range of skills going from business process design to data visualization, analytical and detail-oriented.
YOU WILL:
- Reduce operational mistakes: monitor both data and processes quality.
- Support critical decision-making by providing the appropriate amount of data (helping the business to identify the signal from the noise) using data analytics skills.
- Break down departmental silos and remove duplicate work by increasing the availability and visibility of Adaptive’s centralised data.
- Reduce inefficiencies through process re-design and automation.
YOU WILL ALSO:
- Manage the resourcing reports across the company. This includes ensuring the business has the most appropriate information for decision-making.
- Support resourcing meetings and provide coordination across functions and regional areas, in particular for the project’s assignments (e.g. over/under-allocation, assignment conflicts).
- Produce regular KPI reports and support the formalisation of the definitions of the key indicators where needed.
- Form the basis for data management and governance.
