Role
Adaptive is seeking a Recruiting Lead, UK to build and scale our go-to-market teams across key global markets, including London, Australia, and Dubai. This is our first dedicated international recruiter and a highly strategic hire responsible for leading our global talent expansion outside the US. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute hiring strategies for Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, and other revenue-driving functions. You will operate with significant autonomy, owning full-cycle recruiting while shaping the foundation of our international hiring strategy. This is an onsite role based in our London office.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with leadership to define hiring priorities, success profiles, and headcount plans across international markets.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles from kickoff through offer negotiation and close.
- Develop tailored hiring strategies for competitive GTM talent markets across EMEA (London and Dubai) and APAC (Australia).
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, competitive landscape, and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of high-performing talent, including enterprise sales, mid-market sales, BDRs, marketing leaders, and customer-success roles.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, outbound engagement, and market mapping to attract passive candidates.
- Lead offer strategy and closing conversations for revenue-generating roles in competitive international markets.
- Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring quality metrics to continuously optimize recruiting performance.
- Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for international GTM hiring, collaborating with the broader recruiting team while operating independently.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM hiring in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated success hiring revenue-driving roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, etc.).
- Experience recruiting across international markets (EMEA required; APAC and/or Middle East preferred).
- Proven ability to independently lead complex searches and manage multiple international stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing expertise with deep experience identifying and engaging passive GTM talent.
- Strong understanding of international GTM talent landscapes, compensation dynamics, and competitive hiring environments.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and recruiting analytics.
- Ability to operate with autonomy while building scalable recruiting infrastructure.
