About the job VP Tranformsation & DeliveryVice President – Transformation & Managed Services (Public Sector)A senior leadership opportunity with a leading global technology and consulting organisation, supporting a flagship public sector partnership during a significant phase of digital transformation.This is a high-impact, executive-level role with full accountability for a large-scale ICT managed service, including strategic direction, operational delivery, and long-term growth. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver modern, resilient, citizen-focused digital services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop executive-level client relationships, including engagement with senior leadership and key stakeholdersLead complex ICT managed services and transformation programmes, ensuring high performance and service excellenceTake full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and identifying growth opportunities within the contractProvide leadership to a large, multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teamShape and evolve service delivery in line with changing digital strategies and public sector prioritiesCandidate ProfileProven executive leadership experience in large-scale ICT managed services and digital transformationStrong track record working within public sector or government environments (ideally local authority)Commercially astute with experience managing significant P&L and long-term contractsHighly credible stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior executive and political levelsDemonstrated ability to lead large teams through complex transformation programmesLocation: Central Scotland (hybrid working model)Scope: Large, complex, multi-year managed service engagementEnvironment: Collaborative, innovation-led culture with strong emphasis on leadership and ownership
