We are seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Leader to oversee the engineering team in a busy food manufacturing environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate maintenance priorities, troubleshoot production machinery, and ensure your team delivers efficient, safe, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the engineering team during your shift, ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain health and safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
