Senior QA Specialist (Contractors - Outside IR35) – FINTECH / LONDON

We value differentiation through technology.Our experienced teams design and deliver complex front-office technology solutions using our proven accelerators to create long-term competitive advantage.Our clients include the world's leading investment banks, investment managers, fintech and capital market service providers.With a global reach with offices in London, New York, Barcelona, Manila and Montreal, we have a proven track record of delivering powerful, elegant and intuitive trading technology solutions.We are now looking for Senior QA services on an exciting project!THE INDIVIDUAL/S PROVIDING THE SERVICES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:Significant experience in a QA roleThe ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designsExperience with TDD/BDD and Test AutomationExperience with at least one of the following: Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIOKnowledge of Agile SDLC and an understanding of the QA role within itStrong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholdersExperience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA processes and enhance qualityDESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES:Propose, create and enhance the project's test strategy, considering the test automation approachQuestion and challenge existing practices while promoting QA best practiceSupport a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility, by educating the team and focusing on value-add testing tasks rather than routine checksDesign, maintain and execute test cases, and provide critical analysis of the resultsBuild a solid understanding of the business, technical and operational requirementsContribute to the definition of the quality assurance processCollaborate with other QAs and the Dev team to enhance automated tests and maximize test coverageWork with Dev and DevOps teams to improve test automation tools and solutionsWHAT DO PEOPLE THINK OF US ðYou can check our Glassdoor page ðTHE PROCESSLong interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us ðWe want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.So here you will have three stage interviews:1- A chat with one of our great recruiters. 2- A zoom chat with one of our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience. 3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom).
