We are now looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our team. You’ll be working in a financial market infrastructure modernisation project focused on delivering a high-performance exchange platform and core trading workflows. The work will involve distributed teams including Developers, SRE, Business Analysts, and QA, with emphasis on risk-based functional, integration, regression, environment-readiness, and release testing for low-latency, highly available trading capabilities.
YOU ARE:

YOU HAVE:
- Significant experience in a QA role
- The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
YOU WILL:
- Propose, create and enhance project’s test strategy considering test automation approach
- Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide your analysis on the results
- Build a solid understanding on business, technical and operational requirements
- Work with the team to define the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
- Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our test automation tools and solutions
