This role offers a mix of technical service charge work, client interaction and mentoring junior colleagues. The Role As a Service Charge Team Senior, you ll manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property clients, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of service charge accounts. You ll act as a key point of contact for property managers, managing agents, directors, and leaseholders, while also supporting junior team members and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
