We are currently recruiting for a Renewables Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading provider of compliance, energy efficiency and renewable energy services across the UK. This is an opportunity for an experienced technical professional to step into a leadership role within a growing renewable energy division. You will oversee field-based engineering teams, ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with housing associations, local authorities and residential customers, you will combine technical expertise with people management, operational planning and performance improvement to help deliver sustainable energy solutions nationwide.
The Role: As a Renewables Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of renewable engineering operations within your region. You will provide technical support to engineers, oversee performance, manage escalations, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations and service level agreements. This role offers a balance of technical leadership, operational oversight and team development, making it ideal for someone looking to progress their career within the renewable energy sector.
