Our client, a well-established, specialist flooring company based in Glasgow are recruiting for a Sales Specialist. The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality LVT, wood, carpet and laminate flooring solutions to residential customers. The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the business, guiding customers through their flooring journey from initial enquiry to installation. You will:
- Engage with customers in-store, over the phone and via email to understand their needs
- Provide expert advice on LVT, wood, carpet and laminate flooring solutions
- Conduct home visits to measure spaces and provide tailored recommendations
- Manage the full sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support with daily store operations, including assisting with deliveries when required
- Work towards and exceed sales targets to maximise performance bonus

What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (flooring or home improvement experience is advantageous)
- Knowledge of flooring installation would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support wider store activities
