Our client is a Top 10 Accounts and Business Advisory Practice and they are continuing to grow their exceptional team due. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced tax professional to take ownership of a portfolio, support business growth and contribute to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. ✔ Work closely with Tax Partners to provide advisory services to both new and existing clients. ✔ Lead and develop a team, conducting appraisals, mentoring and enhancing overall performance. ✔ Identify and drive new business opportunities to support revenue and profitability targets. ✔ Establish and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and advising on tax strategies. What We’re Looking For ✅ Qualifications: CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA (or equivalent). ✅ Experience: Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax background within an accountancy practice. ✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax legislation, with the ability to research complex areas. ✅ Industry Exposure: Experience working with clients across multiple sectors is an advantage. ✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and develop a high-performing tax team.
