Key Duties
- Processing and validating supplier invoices using internal systems
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring authorisation
- Preparing data for scheduled payment runs
- Assisting with month-end routines
- Handling incoming post and carrying out administrative tasks
- Using online banking systems when required
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable essential
- Good working knowledge of accounting software
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
- Solid IT skills, particularly with Excel
