On behalf of our valued client within the childcare industry, Adaptable Recruitment are seeking a Sales/Enrolment Officer who will play a pivotal role in driving business success through enhancing customer processes leading to successful enrolments.
Position Overview: Proactive and sales orientated, this person will be the primary point of contact for prospective families. They will make outbound calls to prospective families, follow up inbound enquiries, manage arranging tours and guide families through the enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Daily outbound calls responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries from prospective families via email and phone, providing detailed information about their services.
- Lead generation: Working with marketing to identify opportunities to increase awareness, inquiries and enrolments.
- Tour Coordination: Schedule and organise tours across their childcare settings, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for visiting families.
- Enrolment Facilitation: Guide families through the enrolment process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage and update the CRM system to accurately reflect interactions with prospective and current families, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on inquiries, tours, enrolments, and CRM performance to inform management decisions and improve processes.
Experience:
- Proven record in sales administration, lead generation and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM/IT systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- A genuine passion for working with families and children, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
