The Role

A pure new business role for a driven self-starter. You’ll own your pipeline, open new doors, and win profitable partnerships. This is a high-impact position within a fast-paced team where you’ll be central to driving growth, brand presence, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Drive new business via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking & face-to-face meetings
  • Qualify leads, nurture prospects & convert opportunities
  • Lead meetings, present services & pitch marketing materials
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Conduct market/competitor research to spot new opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns & elevate brand visibility
  • Exceed sales targets, revenue goals & KPIs
  • Field-based approx. 80%, with 20% office time for follow-ups & admin
