Part time HR Coordinator (Learning, Culture & Engagement Focus) Part time role working 25 hours per week over 5 days. Job Share Role – Collaborative Working with HR Coordinator (People Operations). This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing colleague engagement, and supporting learning and development across the estate. Working closely in a job-share model, you\’ll ensure consistent delivery of core HR Coordinator responsibilities while championing wellbeing, performance management, internal communication, and cultural initiatives.
