The Role
- Credit Control
- Own the complete credit control cycle
- Review credit exposure, overdue balances, and dispute cases
- Strengthen cash allocation, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy
- Ensure submissions to external bodies are complete and accurate for dispensed items
- Produce weekly AR reporting, ageing analysis, and provisions
- Validation of invoices and ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Maintain robust audit trails for revenue streams
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries
- Partner with Logistics and Operations to improve delivery-to-invoice accuracy
- Provide insights, reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership
