The Role

As a Claims Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing customer claims from receipt through to resolution, ensuring every claim is handled fairly, accurately and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, helping customers receive timely outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer claims accurately and efficiently through internal systems
  • Take ownership of claims from initial receipt through to completion
  • Review supporting documentation, invoices and receipts to assess eligibility
  • Liaise with customers when additional information is required
  • Ensure claims are processed fairly and in line with policy guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records on internal systems
  • Meet service level agreements and performance targets
  • Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues
  • Support vulnerable customers with a fair and customer-focused approach
