Purpose of the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will consult with SLT, initiate, implement and review changes to the people strategy and act as a trusted partner to leaders across the organisation. You will help embed cultural change, improve engagement, strengthen leadership capability and ensure people initiatives align with business priorities. Working as part of a collaborative and growing HR team, you will support projects across talent, wellbeing, development, internal communications and people operations.
