Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop credit control and billing teams to enable a high-performing culture with clear objective setting, career development and succession planning.
- Lead cross-functional engagement with Finance, Commercial, Operations and external stakeholders to deliver OTC KPIs.
- Maintain design of the AR Finance solution including processes and policies.
Experience Desired:
- Proven ability to lead teams through effective performance management coaching and career development as a strong leader.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders creating accountability.
- Extensive experience leading Finance AR functions including credit control, billing and collections management.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
