We're partnering with a well-established, values-driven business to appoint a Head of HR who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth. This is not a purely strategic role. We're looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on, comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level, and who thrives in an operational SME environment where relationships, trust and visibility matter.
You'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being fully embedded in the day-to-day operations of the business.
As Head of HR, you will lead the people function end-to-end, taking ownership of both strategy and delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you will balance long-term planning with a strong presence on the ground - supporting managers, resolving issues, and driving consistency across the business.
